ninasotorealty Today was final walkthrough day at the Castle on the Hill. 🏡❤️ It’s an exciting day for everyone, but for very different reasons. The buyers are excited because this is about to be their home. For my sellers, today is definitely a little more bittersweet. After more than 30 years, they’re getting ready to say goodbye to a home where they’ve created so many memories, while also getting ready for what comes next for them. And as agents, these are the days we work for. There’s a lot that happens between an accepted offer and a final walkthrough, and it feels really good to get here and know that we delivered for our clients. I also have to give a special shoutout to the buyers’ agent, Keith Garafola. Keith was amazing to work with throughout this entire transaction.
